Shipping Policy
Processing Time
All orders are processed within 2–5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Once your order is processed, it will be shipped using the selected shipping method at checkout.
Please note: Processing time is separate from shipping time.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.
Estimated delivery times:
- Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days
- Expedited Shipping: 2–3 business days
Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays.
Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking updates to appear.
Shipping Delays
We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, or other factors outside of our control. However, we’ll always do our best to help you track your package and resolve any issues.
Incorrect Addresses
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

Lost or Stolen Packages
Lucy Lou & Emma Sue is not responsible for lost or stolen packages marked as delivered. If your package is missing, please contact the shipping carrier directly.
